Accomplished Cosmetics Industry Entrepreneur and Founder of Yana Cosmetics Inc, she is a change agent and global pioneer and servant leader.  Dr Yana received Queens Honour recognition of MBE for services to the cosmetics industry and is the recipient of seven business awards. With a keen ability to identify niches, assess and enhance in the Marketplace from a global perspective and understands how to translate transformative change in new markets and communities.
