One of the things I miss most about living in London is that no matter what season presents itself, you can always take a break and find a park to go for a walk.
We often take on too much during our working week and juggle many hats and cram in as much as we can while still trying to achieve our goals. It can overwhelm us and feel like just too much. That sensory trigger will be the point when you stop and go for a walk, run, swim or just a simple ‘stop’ break. A do nothing break where you just rest.
It’s good for you. When you command your day and prevent time to slip from your hands, you have real wealth. Time cannot be given back once it has been spent, so spend your time doing things yo love. Doing things that make you love and doing things that enhance those around you.
Its worth it, even if it is just a walk in the park.
